Just as the Empress is about Motherhood, The Emperor is Fatherhood personified. As a character he is the elder statesman, setting direction and tone for his tribe; protecting and defending, commanding authority and operating by rules and principles.

The Emperor establishes law and order. He works within the legal system, setting standards of behaviour. This is a card about Structure, authority, and regulation.
